Armand has been with Richard Bowers & Co. since 1994 specializing in office and investment sales and leasing.
Having served as Vice President of Leasing for the Portman Companies for over 17 years he is experienced in working with diverse groups and clients. He is able to assess the desires of a client and is able to present an organized survey and summary of locations that fit the clients needs.
Armand served as Vice President of The Atlanta Apparel Mart and was named "Salesman of the Year ", for surpassing his goal of 300,000 square feet. He generated $100 million in annual sales during tenure with the company and was also instrumental in attracting international clients whom enhanced both the bottom line and company image. He selected and secured the guest designers for all fashion show including Emilio Pucci.
Armand is a graduate of Georgia State University. He has been married for 21 years and has a nine-year-old who attends Pace Academy. He has served as a Board of Director of The Atlanta Museum of Art & Design, and have volunteered as an art teacher in the Atlanta Public Schools, Volunteered as a Big Brother, and also volunteered at Grady Hospital in the Surgical Emergency room.
