Ari has sourced temporary bridge space for a university startup, orchestrated an off-market HQ sublease for an early-stage venture backed company, overseen site selection and incentives procurement for a commercial manufacturing facility of a publicly traded pharmaceutical company, and represented a venture capital firm to manage the real estate strategy across their portfolio. He has extensive experience in leasing a wide range of specialized labs, including biology and chemistry labs, vivarium, clean room and biomanufacturing facilities.
