Ari Klein joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as a Senior Director in the office tenant representation group. Mr. Klein has served as a tenant representation broker in the corporate real estate industry since 2002 and specializes in representing corporate, legal, and institutional clients with their commercial real estate requirements in the Chicago area and nationally. Mr. Klein is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Legal Sector Advisory Group and has handled negotiations for many of Chicago’s premier law firms. Mr. Klein is directly responsible for team formation, creating and implementing overall strategy, and overseeing all negotiations for one of the largest teams at Cushman & Wakefield, Chicago. Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Klein served as a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis. Previously, he was an officer with The John Buck Company for six years working as a Vice President in the firm’s Strategic Advisory Group. Mr. Klein is based in Chicago and advises many Chicago area firms regarding their local and Midwest office space requirements as well as firms with large multi-market national office space portfolios. During his 14 year career in real estate, he has developed and implemented successful strategic real estate processes that have reduced his clients’ occupancy costs significantly. Mr. Klein received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He is involved in several charitable initiatives and also makes it a point to support those causes important to his clients. He currently serves on the Facilities Corporation for the Jewish United Federation Board of Directors, Standard Club of Chicago, 2013 Board of Directors, Bryn Mawr Country Club - Admissions Committee, Nachshon Missions-Jewish Federation, and the 2013 Real Estate Trades Dinner Vice Chairman/Jewish United Federation.
