Managing Broker April Koleszar''s career began in 1985 at a large commercial real estate company in southeastern Virginia and she has been successfully creating value in millions of square feet of of various property types since then. She has an undergraduate and master’s degree from Old Dominion University, and in 2001 formed Koleszar Properties, Inc.
Industrial Lease Deal of the Year, 2010 – awarded by Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE).
Land Sales Deal of the Year, 2008 – awarded by Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE).
In 2002, Koleszar Properties brokered the largest real estate land sales deal in the region for the 1.8 million square foot Target distribution center in Suffolk, VA.
