Thank you for taking the time to visit Anu's profile. She is originally from Mumbai, India and moved to the US 16 years ago. Anu specializes in buying, selling, and/or leasing Residential Real Estate for personal and/or investment purposes. Buying a HOME is a big step in one's life, and as a homeowner, she recognizes what it takes. Anu takes pride in what she does, which is to be a great resource and carve the path to home ownership for her clients.

For sellers/landlords: She strategically markets their homes on all social media platforms and achieves top dollar value through negotiations in the least amount of time. She also provides assistance with screening potential tenants.
For buyers/renters: Anu recognizes their needs and works towards exceeding their expectations through thorough negotiations with her knowledge and expertise. Though her niche is on the Residential side, she is slowly spreading her wings on the Commercial side (office condominiums, flex spaces, etc).
Anu's PASSIONS include spending family time with her son and pups, traveling, and spending time with friends, to name a few. Rescuing and fostering dogs is also close to her heart. She has been involved in rescue for 10 years and is associated with local and nationally based rescues. Anu's unique background growing up in a diverse, multicultural environment and being multi-lingual has given her the innate ability to relate to people from all walks of life, be understanding of their situation and needs, which is a cake not everyone can eat. Another unique aspect of her background is her rescue experience. Finding a home with a pet/multiple pets/pets of certain breeds can be difficult with various landlord and HOA regulations. Time and again, her own unique ways have helped her overcome those hurdles for her clients, resulting in HAPPY families. Nothing is more satisfying to Anu than a job done right!
