Bio
Tony began his real estate career in 1973 as a salesperson at Galesi Realty Corp. He specialized in retail shopping centers and malls, property management, development, leasing, and brokerage. In 1986, Tony utilized the experience he accumulated and founded Vita & Vita Realty Corp. Since then, Tony has developed shopping centers from the ground up in addition to acquiring several shopping centers in NJ, NY, PA, CT, GA, & TN. He specializes in the re-positioning, expansion and re-development of centers, including land acquisition for additional development. Tony’s leasing, development, and financing experience is extensive and varied. Throughout his career, Tony has been a principal in more than fifty current and prior real estate properties comprising approximately three million square feet.
Tony is President and the Broker of Record for Vita & Vita Realty Corp. and serves as General Partner and Managing Member to numerous shopping centers and office buildings owned and managed. Tony is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
