Tony Tedesco is a Commercial Real Estate Executive with 20+ years experience in Property Management, Leasing, and Sales and has helped owners of all types of buildings including Class A Office, Critical Environment Data Centers, Malls, and Shopping Centers.
Tony is General Manager at Crye-Leike Commercial in Atlanta, overseeing the Property Management, Commercial Leasing and Sales. Tony can reduce Operating Expenses by employing proven RFP Processes, Leveraging of Vendors, Efficient Building Technologies, Management Controls and LEED Sustainability initiatives.
Reducing portfolio operating costs and/or employing cost avoidance measures, while at the same time, raising service levels and treating vendors fairly, is a complex, delicate challenge which Tony has mastered. Team building and allowing internal and external resources to come together in a synergic way is one of his Passions and key Core Competencies.
Previously, Tony worked for Jones Lang LaSalle and managed an EDS Real Estate Portfolio in North Carolina and managed the EQUIFAX Credit, Real Estate portfolio in North America. Duties included oversight of Lease Administration, Transaction Management, Project Management and Operations at 50 gross lease locations as well as the day-to-day operations of the Data Center and Office Space in Georgia.
During his employment with General Growth Properties (GGP) as Director of Operations, he managed Perimeter Mall, a 1.6 M sf shopping mall with 4 national anchors, and 225 retail stores.
As owner and principal of Tedesco Associates, Inc., he took the lead for corporate direction with regard to leasing, sales, business development, property management, maintenance and related services to the Retail Shopping Centers, Commercial and Industrial real estate. The company completed demolition and complete Turn Key construction of new tenant shopping center suites and engaged in business in 6 upstate New York markets. Tedesco Associates, Inc. employed a staff of 65 employees and a fleet of 75 vehicles.
While a Deputy Sheriff, with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Department, he investigated local, state and federal crimes and incidents within Chautauqua County, New York. Although now retired from the Sheriff’s Department, Tony was a Certified NY State Police Instructor at the regional Police Academy.
Tony was a Special Agent with the US Air Force Reserve (OSI - Office of Special Investigations) (USAFR), He received United States Air Force - Commendation Medal for various sensitive AFOSI investigative efforts.
