Anthony Rotunda is the senior financial analyst for the Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham offices of Newmark, where he is responsible for the financial analysis and due diligence of multifamily assets including the research of economic drivers, underwriting, and performance benchmarking. Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Rotunda worked as a financial analyst in Grandbridge Real Estate Capital’s Washington D.C. office, where he managed the underwriting, approval, and closing of mortgage loan transactions of various product types across the country. Mr. Rotunda started his career in commercial leasing and sales with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer of Richmond, VA.
