Anthony Minuto is an Associate Advisor with Encore Real Estate Investment Services. He has focused his practice on the sale and acquisition of single and multi-tenant investment properties on a national scale.
A New York native, Anthony made the decision to move to Michigan and begin working in our Farmington Hills office. Mr. Minuto promptly obtained his real estate license and dove headfirst into the commercial real estate arena. With the proper mentorship, Mr. Minuto quickly became an advantageous dealmaker. He has proven time and time again that he is committed to exhausting every option and opportunity available to get the best deal for his clients, despite the many challenges our markets face in today’s climate.
Anthony has mastered being a main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure a fair dealing for all parties involved in a transaction. Furthermore, he conducts daily research to stay up-to-date on industry trends as the market continues to shift.
