Anythony Maccaroni has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He used to own apartment buildings and mixed use commercial properties in New Jersey, not to mention co-op in NYC and single family flips in Florida.
Over the past 7 years he has used his commercial real estate experience to help savvy investors in Tampa Bay find excellent returns on commercial real estate. He has found investors everything from high returning hotels/motels on the beach, to strip malls to mobile home parks to multi-family apartment buildings. He also specializes in commercial leases. Recently he found quality renters for three restaurants in Tarpon Springs. He helped negotiate leases for other businesses such as schools, restaurants, media companies and more.
