Anthony Lopes currently principal broker and partner of Sperry Van Ness | Investec Realty Services, has a 28 year history in Commercial Real Estate. He has been recognized and awarded for five consecutive years, as a CoStar Power Broker and Top Brokerage firm in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. Anthony, a native New Yorker, holds a BA from Hofstra University and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He maintains a membership in the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) organizations, allowing him to network with brokers and real estate professionals throughout the United States. He served as leasing manager for the largest office complex in Miami and eventually became the General Manager of the Koger Memphis operation, orchestrating Koger’s successful entry into the market. With nearly three decades of experience in all phases of commercial real estate including, development, marketing, leasing, sales, acquisitions, and management; Anthony has built an extensive network of real estate, legal, and financial professionals to facilitate in the search, acquisition, and profitable management of real estate assets across the United States.
