Anthony "T.J." Liberto serves as Senior Director Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group for the Mid-Atlantic Region and specializes in the disposition of multifamily properties in the greater Washington, DC area as well as throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Mr. Liberto joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and has sold properties for clients ranging from large institutions to small individual owners. During his tenure at C&W, he has completed the disposition of over 10,000 units with an aggregate value in excess of $1.3 billion. In addition to the sale of existing assets, Mr. Liberto is also active in the disposition of multifamily land and capital markets executions for both existing properties and multifamily development.
