Anthony Giebel is an Associate, specializing in Land, Development Services, and Retail. He works on the “Trilingual Team” with Luciano Medeiros and Adrian Outerino. He mainly focuses on investment sales as well as land. With half a decade of real estate experience working and interning under various real estate developers, Anthony has a variety of different skillsets and knowledge that adds value to his clients. As a Florida native, he is familiar with both the Central Florida and North Florida real estate markets and submarkets, having a competitive advantage when it comes to assisting a variety of clients. Anthony joined Millenia Partners in 2021 because he enjoys all aspects of commercial real estate, where brokerage gives him the flexibility to learn and work in all facets of the business. He also loves being able to network and use his skills to assist individuals and businesses with their real estate needs. Anthony has played soccer since the young age of 4, playing at a competitive club level by the age of 7. Winning a state championship, a regional championship, and being accepted into the Olympic development program at the age of 14, he has always been competitive and driven. At the age young age of 11, Anthony had the drive to start working because he had a passion for learning business. During the summers he would go to Chicago, where his family owns a large privately held landscaping company, so he could work. In addition, during his time in high school, he started a club for Diabetes Awareness. Working with the American Diabetes Association, he was able to raise $20,000 to help those affected from diabetes. When he got to college, he instantly started becoming involved within the community by helping create a real estate club, doing ocean clean ups, playing club soccer, and assisting in the club development for the women’s competitive dance team at the University of North Florida. Currently he has assisted in over $40 Million in real estate transactions and negotiated over $250 Million in transactional value. Being a team oriented, creative, goal driven, organized, and honest individual makes Anthony a reliable person to work with.
