Anthony R. Bolling has extensive experience as a real estate and business professional here in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. A second generation Washingtonian, Anthony earned his real estate sales license in the District of Columbia in 1986.
Currently, Anthony serves as the Managing Director-Associate Broker for KW Commercial, a division of Keller Williams Preferred Properties. He is a member of the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) and the Commercial Leadership Council (CLC). He leads a team of diverse real estate professionals offering a full range of services across all commercial real estate property types.
In 2005, elected President of the Maryland/DC Chapter of CCIM and in 2007 he was Elected to Regional Vice President (Region 10) and to the CCIM Institute Board of Directors. In 2009, graduated from the CCIM Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy and received the Susan Groeneveld Award of Excellence.
After law school he joined Barrueta & Associates as a commercial leasing broker representing owners and tenants throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.
