Anthony Arena is the Chief Investment Officer of Vision Properties. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing all aspects of acquisitions and development. He develops investment strategies and business plans for all the company’s assets and investments, in addition to seeking new business opportunities. Anthony is responsible for the identification and execution of new investments and has an active role in the firm’s asset management, leasing, and disposition groups. Anthony has acquired more than $1.5 billion in Class A Office along the entire East Coast during his career at Vision. Prior to Vision, Anthony worked as a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Group at Black Rock. During his time there, he provided economic and space market forecasts for the top global real estate markets. In addition, he advised the Portfolio Management group on market allocation and risk management.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
