Background:
Annie has been a licensed real estate broker with Gibbons-White, Inc. since graduating from college in 1997. During that time, she has gained extensive experience in all facets of real estate. Annie has been involved in tenant and landlord representation, property management, property development, construction management and investment acquisition and disposition. Annie has a strong background in financial analysis in all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, sales, development and investment.
Experience and Education:
Annie received her Masters in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business at the CU-Boulder in 2001. She received her bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Colorado State University in 1997.
Activities and Involvements:
Annie is a native of Boulder County and she lives in Erie with her husband, daughter and son. In her time out of the office, she enjoys skiing, biking, running and traveling.
