Annie joined Riverside Investment & Development in 2024 as a Leasing Manager. Her expertise lies in providing comprehensive leasing and marketing services, with a strong focus on creating and implementing effective market strategies for Riverside’s diverse portfolio of office properties. With over five years of commercial real estate experience, Annie’s leasing, marketing, asset management, and design skills instill confidence in her clients and colleagues.
Prior to Riverside, Annie worked at Shapack Partners, executing day-to-day leasing for their multi-asset portfolio of over 2 million square feet. Her expertise encompasses leading lease-up initiatives for speculative office towers, undertaking major repositioning and gut rehabilitation projects, and managing retail leasing transactions.
Annie has a Bachelor’s from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Investment from DePaul University.
