Anni Grimes has been representing buyers and sellers in San Diego’s highly competitive coastal marketplace for approximately 20 years. Anni is a recognized leader in her field who is committed to achieving excellent results for her clients on every deal she handles. Anni began her commercial real estate career in 2001 as an advisor at Sperry Van Ness in their UTC office. She joined ACI in 2004 and later became a Partner at Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Anni is widely known throughout San Diego’s commercial real estate community and supports various local non-profit and charitable organizations, including Challenged Athletes Foundation, Miracle Babies, New Children’s Museum, Ronald McDonald House and UNICEF.
