Prior to joining North Tahoe Commercial, Huisman worked as Director of Leasing with Basin Street Properties in Petaluma, CA, providing landlord representation, leasing expertise and tenant relations throughout the San Francisco North Bay with a specific emphasis on Petaluma’s mixed use Theatre-District. From 2004 through 2008, Huisman handled sales and major lease transactions on behalf of marquee clients at Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis in Reno, NV, creating effective solutions in the areas of new leases, renewals, acquisitions and dispositions.
