Anne Adams brings decades of expertise in commercial and residential real estate. When she joined the firm, she mentored under one of CBC Sun Coast’s top brokers and partners, jump-starting her commercial real estate education. Most recently, Adams has closed a variety of complex and sizeable commercial deals. She has received the Circle of Distinction award from Coldwell Banker Commercial corporate, which is based on closed transactions, and brokers compete nationally to earn them. She is well armed to serve her clients by leveraging experience in small business ownership, sales & marketing. As a graduate of CBC Commercial University’s Emerging Broker Training (EBT), one benefit is the establishment of a nation-wide referral network. Anne is a team player and does not hesitate to enlist expert advice to better support clients. While she possesses a broad skill set, Adams focuses on market segments such as land for development, C-stores and other investment portfolios. Anne attended East Carolina University, and is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and serves on the Wilmington Downtown Inc. (WDI) Works Committee. A native of South Boston, VA, Adams now resides in Wrightsville Beach, NC, where she is an avid surfer.
