Bio
Anna Shaffer is a Managing Director in JLL’s Washington, DC office where her focus includes representation of government contractors, healthcare providers, technology companies, associations and non-profits. Anna’s history has included both ownership and tenant representation work, in traditional and medical office buildings, as well as flex/industrial product.
Ms. Shaffer joined JLL’s Mid-Atlantic team in 2019 following six years with Savills Studley’s Tenant only Commercial Advisory team as well six years representing Washington, DC landlords as part of CBRE’s agency team.
Ms. Shaffer received a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in 2003 and is co-chairperson of the school’s Real Estate Industry Advisory Board and a member of the Pamplin Advisory Committee where she advises undergraduate students on different careers in real estate and helps place students for summer internships.
Ms. Shaffer speaks frequently at university sponsored conferences and board meetings focused on education and career preparation for new graduates entering the commercial real estate workforce.
She is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Washington, DC., Virginia and Maryland.
