Bio
Anna Grace became a Leasing Analyst for Fidelis in July of 2023. As a part of the Houston leasing team, she will assist in researching industry trends, producing and updating competitor analyses, showing spaces, and tracking and monitoring lease agreements, renewals, and amendments, as well as maintaining and updating leasing records as needed. Additionally, Anna Grace will work towards negotiating small shop leases and renewals as she learns the leasing process.
Originally from San Antonio, Anna Grace recently moved to Houston, Texas. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in International Relations and Global Studies. Those studies included geopolitics, modern global economy, and national identities. As a former member of her high school golf team, Anna Grace remains an avid and active golfer. She spent 14 summers at Camp Mystic for Girls and loves visiting Hunt, Texas, whenever she gets the chance. In her free time, she enjoys catching up with family during the holidays and watching movies with friends.
