Ann Dozier Michael is a seasoned industry veteran and top-producing broker for more than 22 years. Ann has a reputation as an avid real estate agent with more inside knowledge of the industry, the market, and the history of the area than anyone else in the business. Originally from Durham, North Carolina, Ann first came to Alexandria more than two decades. Ann’s creative energy and training, which she developed as an Art major at Salem College, made for a supremely successful transition into real estate. She made her first sale after only two weeks in the business and was chosen for the NVAR Rookie of the Year Award in 1985. Ann was recognized by Washingtonian Magazine, has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, and she has appeared as a real estate expert on the television program Extra!
Ann resides in Alexandria with her husband, architect Revell Michael. Ann considers herself one of Northern Virginia’s biggest enthusiasts and ambassadors and is involved in a variety of cultural and volunteer activities.
