Property Manager, Ms. Freeland has more than sixteen (16) years of experience with Winn Dixie Stores. Her position was as Area Property Manager, overseeing more than two hundred (200) stores. She facilitated all improvements and repairs while efficiently remaining well within her fiscal budget. For the past twenty-eight (28) years, six (8) with Winn Dixie and two (20) with Liberty, Ms. Freeland has focused specifically on retail property management. Ms. Freeland is well respected by her peers, owners, and developers in the Central Florida region and will take the lead role in expanding this component of Liberty Universal Management.
