Ann Coggeshall serves as Managing Partner for Mohr Partners, Inc. in the Denver office. Ann brings with her more than 30 years of experience in the corporate real estate industry with her primary focus being portfolio optimization, lease administration, M&A consulting and transactions for her clients.
Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Ann was Vice President at Cresa assisting in the management of portfolio optimization, lease administration and transactions. She also served as a business development lead for CRE healthcare portfolio work. Disciplined in the specialty of healthcare/medical real estate service delivery for hospital/ health systems nationally.
Ann started her career at Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Director. Following her time at Cushman Wakefield Ann held executive and senior-level positions at several other real estate and consulting firms such as CBRE and Insignia.
