Her extensive background and expertise in a wide variety of projects—in multiple jurisdictions—guide clients and teams from vision and strategic planning through financial analysis and feasibility testing, and ultimately, to project execution, lease-up and tenant operations. Her responsibilities include managing project partner relationships, site selection, land acquisition, leasing, contract negotiation and the coordination of design, construction and financing.
