Anita Tate, owner/broker of Century 21 West Main Realty and Auction, has called Wilson County home for more than 40 years. A native of Madison, she has seen Lebanon, Mount Juliet and other communities in Middle TN virtually explode in recent years.<br><br>Anita earned her real estate license in 1997. In addition to specializing in residential and commercial real estate, Anita is also a licensed auctioneer. She is one of Wilson County's top producers, earning Gold, Platinum and the coveted Diamond awards from EMTAR and was elected President of EMTAR in 2017. Working 60-80 hour weeks is normal for Anita. She leads by example and gives her clients every moment she has available. <br><br>With the growth of her business, she recognized early on that it would be important to have a good team. A good team allows her to focus on sales and service to her customers. Her team includes, Lesli Hammontree, Lynda Burge, Becky Andrews, Emma Irwin, and her personal assistant, Pam Hubbard, all licensed agents who are available to answer any questions or show you property.<br><br>When Anita is not selling or listing houses, you could probably find her in the kitchen baking, helping others, or somewhere on a beach. She<br>loves to spend time with her husband, John; her daughter, Lesli; her son-in-law, Trent; her two grandchildren, Talor and Jake; and her four legged child, Bogey. <br><br>Anita's focus is on her customers.
