Bio
Anil Patel brings over twenty-five years of construction and development experience to KM Hotels. A Virginia Tech graduate, Anil owned a general contracting company with a focus on hospitality projects prior to joining KM Hotels. He built a number of hotels for the KM Hotels principals prior to becoming a part of the team. During his career he has built and overseen construction on dozens of hotels across the mid-Atlantic. In addition to ground up construction, Anil has supervised numerous renovations ranging from minor updates to complete gut renovations, as well as transitioning from one flag to another. Anil also has and continues to own a number of hotels and brings an owner’s perspective and experience to the projects he oversees. In addition to his duties at KM Hotels, Anil serves on the Board of the Burlington School in Burlington, NC and Chairs the Building & Grounds Committee, which oversaw the construction of the new Upper School.
