After gaining valuable experience as an operations manager with a global transportation company, Angie diversified into business ownership and commercial real estate investment. The desire for an engaging career that would provide unique opportunities brought her to GLD Commercial in 2016.
Completing the stringent qualifications and earning acceptance into one of the industry’s most prestigious designations, the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR), is evidence of her extensive experience in industrial and office brokerage. Angie is also well versed in the retail, land development and investment submarkets throughout the Cedar Rapids metro, Linn County and Johnson County.
Realizing that each transaction is unique and the experience as both a tenant and a landlord, have given Angie a wealth of knowledge to share with her clients.
