Bio
Angela Walters is a licensed real estate Broker with Walters Realty Group at eXp Realty and currently serves as the Chairwoman for the Board of Directors for the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors (GMAR). She has almost 20 years of experience as a Realtor® and holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.
Angela is also an experienced real estate investor, property manager, and real estate developer. She was recently selected by the City of Milwaukee as one of the developers for the HomesMKE project where she will be rehabbing City foreclosed homes and providing affordable housing to new homeowners.
Angela has done several television, radio, newspaper, and magazine interviews on the housing market in the Milwaukee area. She has been featured on podcasts and spoken at home buying seminars and counseling agencies.
Angela serves on the board of directors for Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership and the Milwaukee chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) AKA the Milwaukee Board of Realtist. She also represents the Village of Brown Deer on the Milwaukee County Land Sales Council.
Angela is a graduate of the ACRE (Associates In Commercial Real Estate) Program and a former member and chairperson of Take Root Milwaukee. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computer Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).
