A resident of Jefferson County for 48 years, Angela and her family, “The Kable’s” have been a mainstay in Jefferson County since it began. With family arriving in Jefferson County dating back to the 1700’s and the founder’s of Kabletown, Angela has made strong business and social connections that are vital to the growth and prosperity of not only her real estate business, but the community as well.
With over 20 years in construction and design, Angela has the knowledge and access to subcontractors to not only envision a quality product, but to also put the wheels in motion to make it a reality. She has worked on several residential construction projects from design to completion. She has a good working relationship with all facets of county government and city governments as well. She has at her fingertips the contact information for most anyone in the business, to make problem solving happen quickly. With Angela’s Business Management background, as well as her construction knowledge, she has the capability to make educated decisions on the spot with quality, profitable projects.
In addition to her knowledge of construction, Angela is a successful Realtor with Re/Max 1st Realty, as a lead agent. Working both Residential and Commercial, Angela prides herself on the ability to be creative and savvy in her marketing efforts with any property. As a buyer’s agent, Angela’s favorite part of being a Realtor is always the negotiation.
As a community leader, Angela is a Board Member of the Jefferson County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. She is also a Board Member of the Jefferson Art’s Council.
