Angela has been a commercial real estate professional since 2005 and is licensed in both Texas and Florida. Her experience and expertise includes marketing, sales, leasing, and portfolio management of office, retail, medical, technology, flex-space, industrial, and multi-family properties, as well as acquisitions, due diligence, and project redevelopment. She has been responsible for all sales, leasing, acquisitions, and marketing of the commercial property portfolios for various entities in multiple states throughout her commercial real estate career. Angela has owned her own commercial brokerage firm, earned her CCIM designation in 2013, and is experienced in collaborating with project management teams for the renovation and development of numerous office, technology, retail, and mixed-use projects.
