Andy Timmons has been selling real estate since 1996. He was raised in Sussex County. His father and grandfather were real estate pioneers in southeastern Delaware. He is a graduate of Elon University with a degree in Chemistry. He graduated with honors from the Realtors Institute (GRI)
in 1997 and obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM) in 2002.
He is a licensed broker in both Delaware and Maryland and has sold well over $200 million in closed transactions. Andy has taken the lead in assembling several large land deals and has successfully sold them to national home builders.
Andy likes to run, surf and hang out with friends and family. In his twenties he sold real estate in Elon, NC and toured the country playing guitar in his band Dakkota, which is when he met his wife, Sara. He has shared the stage with Alabama, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Alan Jackson,
Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Toby Keith and countless others. Andy was the grand prize winner for the 2011 CMT NSAI Nashville Song Contest with a song he wrote, “Whiskey Sunrise”. He still occasionally writes songs for publishing companies on Music Row in Nashville and his
music can be heard on Andrewtimmons.com. He resides just a few miles from Bethany Beach with his wife, three children and his amazing dogs, Max and Archie.
