Andy Swanson is a principal with Centric Commercial. He specializes in industrial and office tenant representation and in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Andy has twenty-five years of commercial real estate experience, working primarily in Austin and San Antonio. He has experience working with a diverse set of businesses ranging from small/mid-size local companies to large, multinational enterprises. Prior to Centric, Andy was a market manager at Industrial Properties Corporation (IPC), responsible for overseeing a 3.2 million square foot portfolio of industrial space in Austin and San Antonio. During his tenure at IPC, he was actively involved in the development process for 1.2 million square feet of industrial buildings in Austin. He has experience in many facets of the commercial real estate business and puts this knowledge to use for his clients. Current affiliations include Rotary Club of Austin (RCA), Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Texas Real Estate Commission – Licensed Salesperson. He
is on the board of Mainspring Schools, has served on the board of CBA and is a past chair of the Gardner-Betts Art Show and Auction for RECA.
