Andy Mace works within NorthPoint Development’s Industrial Division, in which he evaluates the suitability of candidate properties and locations based on their logistics and utility infrastructure, development readiness, environmental conditions, and labor and real estate market dynamics. Additionally, he coordinates sourcing and due diligence activities for brownfield and infill redevelopment opportunities and advises NorthPoint's prospective occupiers on the financial and operational considerations of their location and property decision-making. Prior to his time at NorthPoint, Mr. Mace served as Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield's Supply Chain Advisory practice.
