Bio
After obtaining his M.B.A. from San Jose State University (SJSU) and passing California's Real Estate Broker Exam in 2023, Andy joined the First Commercial Real Estate and Advisory Services (FCREI) team with a strong desire to serve his community of the Central Valley, through real estate. While completing his undergraduate studies at SJSU, he kick-started his real estate career as an intern at a privately-held property management firm in January 2020.
Thanks to his hard work and dedication, Andy swiftly advanced to the roles of Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent upon obtaining his real estate salesperson license. Over the next three years, he efficiently managed a diverse range of residential and commercial properties throughout the Bay Area.
With his experience as a property manager, Andy brings valuable expertise to cater to his investment sales clients. Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively engages in community service as an active member of Saint Luke's Church in Stockton, CA, where he and his family regularly volunteer.
