Andy Koenig is currently a National Director specializing in account management for Integrated Portfolio Services, a platform developed for occupiers who are seeking to drive high productivity and performance from their real estate portfolio. Leveraging JLL’s best in class platform, Andy specializes in developing and implementing real estate service delivery solutions to help tenants make strategic decisions that align with core business objectives. He has 16 years of experience focused exclusively on tenants and currently oversees transaction delivery for one of JLL’s largest clients. Prior to his current role, Andy was part of the leadership team for Markets Corporate Solutions. In this role, he was responsible for the management, business development and service delivery for the Markets Corporate Solutions platform in the Western United States, as well as executive oversight for key client relationships.
Prior to his tenure with Markets Corporate Solutions, Andy was a Tenant Representative broker and account manager for some of the firm’s key clients.
