Andy Knapick joined Bradley Company in 2019 serving as a Broker in the South Bend office. Andy is a value-driven entrepreneur with more than 20 years of leadership development and sales management experience. In his role as Broker, Andy uses his experience and creative approach to meet and anticipate the needs of his clients.
Prior to joining Bradley Company, Andy founded Knapick Management, LLC, where he spent more than 18 years as the owner-operator for a multi-concept restaurant group, operating 33 stores in Florida, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. In this role, he served as a multi-unit franchisee for Bar Louie, Dunkin’, Pedal Pub, CoreLife Eateries and formerly Jimmy John’s. He managed every aspect of the business, which included financial analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, human resources and leadership development, marketing, and daily operations. With the rare distinction of earning Franchisee of the Year honors in two national brands (Jimmy Johns, 2008 & Bar Louie, 2018), Knapick brings a dynamic and unique skillset to the Bradley Company retail team.
Prior to founding Knapick Management, Knapick worked as assistant sports information director for Illinois State University and the University of Louisville. Among his many duties included the coordination of all media relations for the nationally ranked U of L football team in 2002. Knapick earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Illinois State University.
