I joined Modern Spaces in 2011, at the time a boutique firm with a dominating presence in the Long Island City real estate market. As a long-time resident of LIC I knew Modern Spaces was an up and coming brokerage firm rapidly expanding throughout NYC. After working as the head sales rep at the Murano condominium I was appointed Director of Sales at The Industry, a 75 unit residential condominium building in LIC. This proved to be a very successful pairing - the building sold out in one year and was very well received by the brokerage community, my developers (Silvercup Studios), as well as buyers and clients. I am currently the Managing Director of Modern Spaces newest sales office located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. My highly motivated and very talented sales team specialize in residential and commercial sales in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Our latest new development effort in Brooklyn was the Louver House on Metropolitan Ave- the building sold out in the spring of 2013.
