Andy Ash serves as the Director of Property Management for Lahona Real Estate Company.
Andy’s areas of expertise include corporate real estate services, strategic facility planning, construction/project management and lease negotiation.
Andy has 15+ years of diverse experience in commercial real estate. As a trusted advisor, Andy looks out for his client’s best interests through every step of the engagement. He advises clients on all issues related to successful real estate and project management while ensuring his clients are provided the work place that his clients expect.
Prior to joining Lahona Real Estate, Andy managed a 2,500,000-square-foot medical office portfolio for Alegent Creighton Health. In his role, Andy was tasked with maximizing asset performance through creative leasing strategy, occupancy planning, and management of tenant improvement and property refurbishment projects. Previously, Andy was also with Kiewit Corporation, a top 5 (ENR) construction and engineering firm. During his time at Kiewit, Andy directed a high volume of projects across The United States and Canada while advising senior management on real estate decisions such as site selection, tenant improvement project management, property operations, and financial management.
