Prior to embarking in a career in commercial real estate, Andy was the Director of a Global Market Research Solutions company that facilitated qualitative and quantitative research throughout the United States, Europe, and South America for many of the world’s most influential brands including Apple, Microsoft, North Face, Vans and Puma. Andy’s international market research experience gives him a deep understanding of both the cultural and regional differences in consumer behavior and brand strategy. Further, Andy Velkme has hands on experience with emerging technologies in global business.
Andy Velkme is a dual citizen of the United States of America and the European Union. As a citizen of the Republic of Latvia, Andy represents a diverse book of clients locally, nationally and internationally. He is focused on building his client base of innovative firms and investors, especially foreign firms expanding into the US marketplace or regional US firms expanding further in the United States. Currently he represents Berlin based Property Technology firm Medici Living Group in the expansion of their Quarter’s brand co-living concept into the United States market.
