As a tenant advocate, Andrew is committed to providing innovative, effective real estate solutions which benefit his client’s business objectives. He is highly experienced in commercial leasing and financial analyses, enabling him to fully understand the real estate needs of his clients.
Andrew specializes in representing tenants with corporate facility and real estate planning such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and subleasing on a local, national and global level. His key responsibilities also include new business development, market research and servicing existing clients. In this capacity, Andrew has worked with many notable clients such as the national law firms of Zuckerman Spaeder, The Cochran Firm, and Lowenstein & Sandler, as well as the broadcasting television network CBS and global co-working company WeWork.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew spent time working for Congress at the Committee on Homeland Security in Washington D.C. While there, Andrew assisted U.S. Congressmen with drafting homeland security related legislation.
