Andrew Welsh is an assistant vice president of acquisitions for Akridge. Andrew has over 15 years of experience in office and residential investment and asset management. He analyzes acquisitions and the performance of Akridge's existing portfolio.
Since joining Akridge in 2006, Andrew has been involved in the purchase or sale of over 25 properties. Those properties represent over 6.3 million square feet at a valuation of more than $1.4 billion. Prior to joining the acquisitions team, he worked in asset management where his responsibilities comprised of providing financial analysis support and recommendations to investors and owners, including long- term projections, asset valuation, and lease analysis to assist in their reporting and decision- making process.
Andrew earned a degree in Finance from Miami University.
