Andrew is Weinberg Properties’ Vice President of Development and Acquisitions, managing the daily oversight of the company’s portfolio, including the redevelopment and repositioning of its legacy assets. Leveraging his experience at Tishman Construction Corporation and Delcon Construction Corporation – where he oversaw a combined $1 billion in construction, including New York’s landmark Plaza Hotel – Andrew is also responsible for the research and analysis of new, high-potential investment opportunities. Today, he is supervising the day-to-day redevelopment of 540 West 25th Street where Weinberg Properties is the owner and developer of the new, state-of-the-art Pace Gallery world headquarters.
Andrew has been active in numerous non-profit organizations, including the Young Professionals Executive Committee at The Children’s Hearing Institute and the Men’s Division at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver in 2005.
