Andrew is responsible for lease underwriting and reporting, prospecting, sales presentations, proposal writing and negotiations, as well as lease negotiations.
Before joining Monday Properties, Andrew was a senior associate at CBRE, where he joined in 2013. At CBRE, Andrew worked alongside one of the top investor services teams in the DC metro area. Over his seven year tenure at CBRE, Andrew specialized in both landlord and tenant representation, working with a notable client list. He was recognized by the firm in 2015, awarded “rookie of the year.” Andrew began his career as a commercial real estate analyst for CoStar.
