Andrew Shulman joined Toronto-based Avison Young in 2013 as a result of its acquisition of McShea & Company, Inc.; He had been with McShea & Company Inc. since 2002. He specializes in the representation of office occupiers and owners along the I-270 Corridor in both leasing and sales transactions. Andrew has represented a broad range of landlords and tenants, including TA Associates Realty, Roberts Oxygen Company, Jewish Council for the Aging of Greater Washington, American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Federal Realty Investment Trust. Andrew has earned a Top 20 Power Broker Award from CoStar Group, Inc. and has been recognized by the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington (CREBA), formerly the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors, numerous times with its Million Dollar Leasing Award.
