Andrew Rohacik is Director of Asset Management at Elion Partners. He is a member of the firm's Asset Management Committee and the Investment Committee. Andrew is responsible for the firm's portfolio of assets and leasing operations, executing strategies that ensure value appreciation over time through hands-on management. Andrew also plays an active role in the due diligence process, ensuring a seamless transition from acquisition to asset management. Prior to joining Elion, Andrew served as a Senior Associate at CBRE, where he focused on leasing and sales of industrial, office and data center assets in the Greater Washington DC area. During his time at CBRE, he covered more than 10 million square feet and represented tenants in the acquisition of more than nine million square feet. Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing with a minor in International Business from the University of Delaware.
