With a B.A. and Masters Degrees from UNC Chapel Hill, NC in 1974 and 1979 respectively, Andy worked as a psychologist for ten years. In the early 1980s he started in commercial real estate and has been a colleague with Debbie for the majority of those years. Working in the various areas of commercial real estate for over 28 years he has an affinity for the details involved in all contractual dealings, with a specialty in Buyer and Tenant representation for office, industrial and retail spaces.
