With over two decades of global experience on complex real estate transactions and countless successful project developments, partners, clients, and communities rely on Andy’s depth of knowledge and hands on style to shepherd projects from concept to construction and beyond.
Driven by a passion for projects that not only generate long-term value but benefit and enhance the communities in which they operate, Andy cofounded The Triad Group to focus on a unique, highly personal, hands-on, full-service approach to development.
His broad experience includes commercial and retail brokerage, international site selection, residential and commercial development, acquisitions, dispositions, financial analysis and property management and operations. He has brokered, acquired, owned or developed hotel, commercial, residential, retail and student housing assets on a global scale including Boston, New York, Miami, London, Sydney and Geneva. His ownership interests include retail shopping centers and office properties in New England, hotel properties in New York, retail, gallery space and apartments in Miami and Nashville, as well as multi-family properties in Dallas.
While with Willowbend Development, he focused on business development and brokerage, including sales, marketing, and execution of luxury residential properties. He was responsible for leasing an extensive East Coast commercial retail portfolio for Thor Equities, and earned extensive institutional experience working with leading universities and colleges to develop domestic and international housing capacity Mr. Mann holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development & Investment from NYU and is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and New York.
