Bio
Andrew Levine is a Co-Founder at Invictus Property Advisors. During his professional career, Andrew has worked at multiple boutique commercial brokerages as well as NYC’s top ranked institutional firm, Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Massey Knakal). During his career, he has completed 64 transactions for a total of $380 million in dollar volume. Among many accolades, he was recently recognized as a Top 30 Under 30 Broker, “The Best and the Brightest of NYC Real Estate Sales Professionals” by Commercial Observer. In addition, he has been mentioned and published in various real estate publications, including: The New York Times, The New York Real Estate Journal, Globe Street, The Westchester Guardian, and Real Estate Weekly. Andrew has mentored agents in Manhattan and the boroughs and, in doing so, has developed a keen sense of investment research, giving him the ability to connect asset class driven buyers and sellers across geographic lines. He specializes in the mid-market space and has sold projects encompassing all asset classes for private investors, non-profits and institutional funds. Born and raised in Manhattan, Andrew earned his B.S. in Economics with a minor in Business Studies from New York University (NYU). At NYU, he was on the philanthropy committee and a member of the Real Estate Club and studied abroad in Prague. Prior to commercial brokerage, he worked in wealth management at Wells Fargo Advisors and at the real estate private equity debt fund Emerald Creek Capital. He is fluent in Russian, has studied Spanish and Mandarin, and plays ice hockey, tennis, and is an avid cycler.
